SOUS CHEF (1 POSITION) @ LYNX HR CONSULTANCY LLC
An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Sous Chef to support a VIP family's culinary team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time role is based in the Al Gurm area and is a live-out position, meaning candidates should have their own accommodation and preferably a car for commuting. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences, specializing in healthy Mediterranean, Arabic, and Continental meals.
The position requires someone currently residing in the UAE who can demonstrate a history of service within private households or high-end environments. Compensation for this role is up to 18,000 AED per month, depending on the candidate's level of experience and culinary expertise. Benefits include medical insurance, visa processing, and one day off per week. The ideal candidate will be professional, highly organized, and capable of maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and presentation. Discretion is paramount in this VIP household setting.

Key Requirements
Currently based inside the United Arab Emirates (mandatory).
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in private residences or VIP households.
Mastery of international cuisines including Mediterranean and Continental.
Ability to support the Head Chef in preparing authentic Arabic dishes.
Skilled in creating nutritious and well-balanced dietary plans.
Strong food presentation and plating skills.
Willingness to relocate or commute within Abu Dhabi daily.
High level of discretion and professional ethics in a private setting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills within a kitchen team.
Possession of a valid European passport for potential international travel.
Willingness to work a full-time schedule with one day off per week.
