We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to join a private VIP family located in the Al Gurm area of Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, live-out position requiring a professional who is already based within the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the culinary requirements of the household, focusing on the preparation of high-quality Mediterranean, Continental, and Arabic cuisines. Emphasis is placed on creating healthy and well-balanced meals tailored to the family's preferences.
The role offers a monthly salary of up to 25,000 AED based on experience, alongside benefits such as medical insurance and visa sponsorship. Candidates should possess a strong portfolio and demonstrate excellent presentation skills. Since this role serves a high-profile family, discretion, reliability, and a professional demeanor are non-negotiable. While the position is based in Abu Dhabi, the family may require international travel, so holding a valid European passport is highly preferred. One day off per week is provided.

Key Requirements
Currently based inside the United Arab Emirates (mandatory).
Proven experience as a Head Chef within VIP households or private families.
Strong knowledge of international cuisines including Mediterranean and Continental.
Ability to prepare healthy and well-balanced meals consistently.
Preferably holds a valid European passport for international travel requirements.
Excellent presentation skills for high-end dining environments.
Professional, discreet, and highly reliable nature.
Ability to commute within Abu Dhabi, preferably owning a car.
Willingness to relocate within Abu Dhabi if necessary.
Capacity to manage kitchen operations and food inventory independently.
Expertise in traditional Arabic cuisine and flavor profiles.
