FEMALE HOUSE MANAGER (LIVE-OUT) @ LYNX HR CONSULTANCY LLC
We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Female House Manager to oversee several private properties located across the United Arab Emirates, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, and Al Wathba. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and supervision of a large team consisting of 17 household staff members. This role demands high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service to ensure all properties are maintained to the owners' satisfaction. The House Manager will coordinate staff schedules, oversee daily operations, and handle the logistics of household inventory and supplies.
In addition to operational oversight, the role requires maintaining smooth and effective communication with both the property owners and the household staff. Candidates must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple locations simultaneously. The position offers a monthly salary between AED 5,000 and 7,000 depending on the level of experience, along with provided staff accommodation that includes a private room and bathroom. Additional benefits such as visa sponsorship, health insurance, and return flights are also provided. Applicants must already be residing in the UAE and should be available to join the team immediately or on very short notice.

Key Requirements
Filipina nationality preferred.
Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role in a private household is required.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team of 17.
Ability to manage and supervise multiple properties efficiently.
Professional, trustworthy, and extremely detail-oriented.
Available to join immediately or on short notice.
Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
Strong communication skills for interacting with owners and staff.
Experience in handling household logistics, supplies, and inventory.
Capable of coordinating complex staff schedules and duties.
