REGIONAL SALES MANAGER @ LUXURY BEACH RESORT
Luxury Beach Resort is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth across our properties in Zanzibar.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in regional sales management within the luxury hospitality industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to travel frequently within the region.
Deep understanding of the tourism market in Tanzania.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Professional certification in hospitality or sales is an added advantage.
