The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa operations, including wellness treatments, pool activities, and guest entertainment. Key Requirements
Certification in spa therapy or wellness treatments.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in luxury hotel environments.
Proven experience in spa operations or supervisory roles.
Leadership skills to manage all SPA roles, pool activities, and entertainment.
Strong command of the English language.
Professional attitude with a dedicated focus on guest service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
