COST CONTROLLER @ LUX MARIJANI
LUX Marijani Zanzibar is looking for a meticulous Cost Controller to join our Finance department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's financial analysis, cost control procedures, and inventory management systems. You will work extensively with Sun System, Material Management, and Opera Cloud to track expenditures and ensure that our financial operations are both efficient and transparent within the luxury hospitality framework.
The successful candidate will analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement. You must have a strong analytical mind and the ability to communicate complex financial data to various stakeholders. This is a key position that supports the resort’s profitability and operational success through diligent oversight and strategic financial planning.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in cost control and financial analysis in hospitality.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in luxury hotel environments.
Proficiency in Sun System and Material Management.
Proficiency in Opera Cloud software.
Strong command of the English language.
Professional attitude with a focus on financial integrity.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in inventory management and procurement oversight.
Analytical skills to interpret financial data and implement cost-saving measures.
