FACTORY ASSISTANT MANAGER @ LUSH CHANZO
Lush Chanzo is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Factory Assistant Manager to support our factory operations in Iringa. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency across the production floor. You will work closely with the Factory Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly while mentoring staff to achieve organizational goals.
Your core responsibilities will include coordinating daily production workflows, monitoring equipment performance, and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement. You will be expected to maintain strict housekeeping standards and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application or Software Application related fields.
Ability to assist in coordinating daily production activities.
Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate factory personnel.
Proficiency in preparing detailed production and operational reports.
Ability to identify performance gaps and implement improvement solutions.
Understanding of machinery maintenance and material cost management.
Commitment to maintaining factory cleanliness and safety standards.
Strong analytical skills for cost reduction and efficiency planning.
Effective communication skills for inter-departmental collaboration.
Previous work experience as a factory assistant manager is a distinct advantage.
