Lumac is recruiting a Sales Manager to lead our sales department and drive significant revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing high-level sales strategies while setting and monitoring ambitious targets for the team. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience, including 3 years in a management role.
Strong leadership and analytical skills.
Ability to set, monitor, and achieve sales targets.
Proven experience in coaching and evaluating sales teams.
Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
Experience in maintaining sales pipelines and reporting.
