MARKETING EXECUTIVE – TECHNICAL @ LUMAC
Lumac Tanzania Enterprises is looking for a Marketing Executive (Technical) to take charge of our digital ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our social media presence, managing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms like Google and Meta, and ensuring our website remains a powerful tool for lead generation through constant updates and SEO optimization.
Beyond daily operations, you will be expected to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI on digital spend. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between marketing creativity and technical execution, utilizing tools like WordPress and various analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive our online visibility to new heights.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
Demonstrated proficiency in running Meta, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns.
Strong hands-on experience with WordPress for website management.
Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
Ability to execute and manage large-scale email and SMS campaigns.
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track performance.
Exceptional content creation skills for social media platforms.
Ability to prepare detailed performance reports for management.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple digital channels simultaneously.
