As the Customer Care Officer at Lumac, you are the vital first point of contact for our valued clients. Your role is centered on delivering exceptional service by handling inquiries via telephone, WhatsApp, and email with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a key role in the sales cycle by following up on quotations, scheduling appointments, and keeping customers informed about their project status.
Beyond basic inquiries, you will be tasked with resolving customer complaints and ensuring that all feedback is handled in a way that preserves our reputation for excellence. By maintaining meticulous customer records and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, you will ensure a seamless experience for our clients from their first interaction to the final project delivery.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call-center environment.
Fluent in both English and Swahili (written and spoken).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone professionally.
Proven experience in following up on quotations and customer appointments.
Exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints.
Experience in maintaining accurate and organized customer records.
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients.
Ability to support sales efforts through active customer engagement.
