LULU SALLY is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Officer to join our dynamic team located in Kigamboni. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing comprehensive IT support, managing critical systems, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure seamless and efficient operations. The IT Officer will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing network security protocols, and providing timely technical assistance to end-users. Additionally, the role involves participation in system upgrades, routine maintenance, and implementing IT best practices to ensure all technological resources are optimally utilized, secure, and contribute effectively to business objectives. The gross monthly salary for this position is TZS 1,000,000.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT or a related field
2–3 years of proven experience in IT support, systems, and networks
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision
Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and supporting various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux)
Experience with network protocols, hardware setup, and software installation
Knowledge of data backup, recovery procedures, and IT security best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support and collaboration
