Luli Fibre Telecoms is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory or Area Sales Manager to spearhead subscriber acquisition and drive significant revenue growth for our fiber internet services. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence across key regions, specifically in Lagos and Owerri. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets for sales executives, and establishing strategic channel partnerships within residential and SME sectors. As a leader in the field, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities within residential estates, multi-dwelling units (MDUs), and enterprise clients, ensuring that Luli Fibre Telecoms remains a preferred provider in the competitive ISP landscape. In this role, you will be expected to monitor competitor activities closely and execute localized go-to-market strategies, such as market storms and community engagement initiatives. Your leadership will involve recruiting, training, and managing a network of sales executives, resellers, and dealers within our coverage locations. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦300,000 to ₦500,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses, providing a lucrative opportunity for a sales professional ready to grow within a fast-expanding fiber network. Candidates must be prepared to resume duties as soon as possible and demonstrate a high level of commitment to achieving monthly and quarterly activation and renewal targets.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in sales within the ISP, telecommunications, or FMCG sectors. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in managing distributors, dealers, or a remote sales workforce. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to close enterprise and SME deals. Proficiency in using CRM tools and productivity software like MS Excel and Google Sheets. Possession of a B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A valid driver’s license is highly advantageous for territory travel. Ability to recruit, mentor, and lead a team of sales executives to achieve organizational goals. Deep knowledge of the local business landscape in Lagos and Owerri. Excellent reporting skills with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
