SALES & RESERVATION OFFICER (3 POSITIONS) @ LUCHA ADVENTURES & TRAVELS
Lucha Adventures & Travels is looking for 3 motivated and customer-focused Sales & Reservation Officers to join its growing team in Tanzania. The successful candidates will play a key role in handling client inquiries, preparing travel quotations, managing reservations, and supporting the business growth in the tourism sector. You will be responsible for creating memorable travel experiences while ensuring operational efficiency and high levels of client satisfaction.
The role involves engaging with diverse clients to design customized travel itineraries, managing booking workflows, and coordinating with various service providers. Candidates will be expected to maintain professional standards, meet sales targets, and contribute positively to the company reputation. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a tour company.
Proficiency in reservation systems such as Galileo GDS.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Computer literacy including MS Office suite and email software.
Fluent in both English and Swahili languages.
Strong understanding of social media platforms for business communication.
High level of organizational skills for managing multiple bookings simultaneously.
