Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing.
Proven background specifically in the Plastic or Packaging industry.
Full professional fluency in Swahili is mandatory for this role.
Demonstrated success in managing both B2B and B2C sales channels.
Strong negotiation skills and a track record of high-level client handling.
Deep understanding and exposure to the East African market landscape.
Excellent leadership capabilities with experience in managing diverse teams.
Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and competitor activities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
