As an Executive - Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through proactive market development and customer engagement. This includes developing sales plans, forecasts, pricing strategies, and business development initiatives. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, partners, industrial customers, dealers, and channel partners, conducting regular customer visits across Tanzania and other African countries. The role involves promoting transformers, substations, and related technical solutions based on customer requirements, and supporting internal and external projects through joint visits, technical assistance, and marketing activities.
Key responsibilities also encompass participating in exhibitions, industry events, digital campaigns, and other brand-promotion initiatives. You will gather customer feedback, monitor pricing trends, identify customer requirements and market opportunities, and prepare technical presentations, proposals, demonstrations, quotations, and tender submissions. Maintaining accurate sales records, managing brochures, performing SAP updates, and ensuring compliance with company and IMS requirements are also crucial aspects of this position.

Key Requirements
Tanzanian citizen, currently based in or willing to work in Dar es Salaam
HND or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering from a customized technical institution
Professional exposure in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Project Management will be an added advantage
Minimal 3 years' experience in Industrial sales, electrical transformer-related equipment, or engineering products sectors
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions
Confident communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Fluent in both written and spoken communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively within Tanzania and across African markets
Strong track record in driving sales budgets, KPIs, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth
Proficiency in maintaining accurate sales records and performing SAP updates
