Key Requirements
Proven experience in research and data analysis, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in research methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with knowledge management systems and practices.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business, Social Sciences, or Statistics.
Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Capacity to manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
