By working closely with both front and back-office teams, you will develop essential administrative and operational skills while learning the complexities of the banking industry. Key Requirements
Must be a recent graduate (Class of 2024/2025)
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Achieved a minimum GPA of 3.5
Strong attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information
Basic understanding of financial or customer documentation
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Commitment to professional development and organizational goals
