We are looking for a German-speaking Solutions Engineer to support an ESG-focused scale-up operating across major European hubs. This senior pre-sales role is critical for bridging the gap between technical product capabilities and client needs within the sustainability and property sectors. You will lead technical demonstrations and provide consultative support during the sales process.

Key Requirements
Fluency in German and English
Experience in senior pre-sales or solutions engineering
Strong knowledge of ESG and sustainability metrics
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working within a scale-up environment
Consultative approach to problem-solving
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Analytical mindset for assessing client requirements
Collaboration skills to work with sales and product teams
Willingness to travel to European office locations if required
Strong technical background in SaaS or software solutions
