Key Requirements
Deep expertise in CRM management (Salesforce or similar)
Strong background in data analysis and business intelligence
Experience with automation and AI strategy implementation
Proven track record in Revenue Operations (RevOps) leadership
Ability to align cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Success)
Strategic mindset with a focus on process optimization
Strong analytical skills for forecasting and reporting
Experience in the SaaS or PropTech industry
Ability to manage complex technology stacks
Project management experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights
