SITE ENGINEER – AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION @ LJ ASCENDANT GROUP
LJ Ascendant Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer / Works Manager to oversee and manage daily construction activities for our upcoming airport infrastructure project. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all field operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with the project blueprints and specifications.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site logistics, subcontractor management, and material workflows. You must demonstrate strong leadership by managing labour teams, optimizing equipment usage, and proactively resolving operational bottlenecks to ensure the project remains on track and adheres to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements
Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical fields.
Practical experience managing construction site activities.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, labour teams, and equipment operations.
Strong understanding of construction safety and quality requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and solve site-related challenges.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical construction drawings and blueprints.
Experience in scheduling and monitoring project progress timelines.
Knowledge of local building codes and environmental regulations related to airport infrastructure.
Ability to prepare detailed technical daily reports and progress documentation.
