SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN @ LITTLE TANZANIA LTD (LITTLE RIDE)
Little Tanzania Ltd (Little Ride) is a Pan-African mobility platform focused on providing seamless transportation, logistics, and digital services. We are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growth and marketing team. The role focuses on developing, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. You will be responsible for driving user engagement, showcasing our ride-hailing and e-mobility solutions, and building brand trust through digital storytelling.
This is an on-site and hybrid position based at our Headquarters. As an intern, you will work closely with seasoned professionals to gain hands-on experience in campaign strategy, performance tracking, and digital brand management. The internship spans 3 to 6 months with the potential for high performers to transition into full-time employment. You will have a direct impact by creating content that reaches thousands of our daily commuters and corporate clients.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
Graduated within the last 1-2 years.
Active user of TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Proficiency in mobile video editing tools like CapCut or InShot.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva.
Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze social media performance KPIs.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and algorithms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to local trends.
