ASSISTANT TEACHER (PRE-SCHOOL) @ LITTLE HARVARD NURSERY & PRIMARY SCHOOL
We are seeking a patient and nurturing Assistant Teacher for our Pre-School department. This role is essential for supporting our lead teachers in creating a safe, organized, and joyful classroom environment. You will assist in daily activities, facilitate small group learning, and provide individual care to our nursery children as they begin their educational journey at Little Harvard.
Our preschool program focuses on early developmental milestones and character building. As an Assistant Teacher, you will contribute to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards while engaging children in play-based learning activities. Key Requirements
Previous experience in a nursery or pre-school setting
Good understanding of early childhood development needs
Ability to follow international curriculum standards
Exceptional patience and a love for working with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to assist with classroom management and materials
Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment
Basic knowledge of child psychology or education
Reliable and professional demeanor
Relevant certification or diploma in Early Childhood Development
