Little Africa (Little Ride Tanzania Ltd) is a fast-growing ride-hailing and mobility company, offering innovative transport and corporate ride solutions. We are currently expanding our corporate client base and seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Associate to drive growth in the Tanzanian market. The primary focus of this role is to identify and acquire new corporate clients for our specialized transport services, ensuring that we maintain a competitive edge in the local mobility sector. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers in target companies, developing tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts that align with company goals. You will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients. Additionally, you will track your sales performance against specific KPIs and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years and above proven experience in B2B sales.
Proven experience in transport, logistics, or service industries.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with ride-hailing or mobility services.
Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting software.
Strong confidence and ability to negotiate with high-profile corporate clients.
Ability to develop tailored proposals and professional presentations.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and targets.
