Lion King Adventures is seeking energetic and qualified Waiters and Waitresses to join our team in providing exceptional food and beverage services. This role is central to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests through attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, presenting menus, and ensuring all orders are served promptly and accurately while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the dining area.
In addition to guest interaction, you will work closely with our kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Successful candidates will manage guest billing and transactions with precision and integrity. Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Food and Beverage Service or Hospitality Management.
At least 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a reputable restaurant or luxury lodge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (additional foreign languages are a distinct advantage).
Groomed, professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to process guest bills efficiently and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining and service area.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
