We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent to meet our organizational objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies across multiple platforms to ensure a robust pipeline of candidates.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to represent the company effectively and build lasting relationships with potential hires. You will be tasked with screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and managing the candidate experience from the first point of contact through to the onboarding stage. This role requires a proactive professional who is well-versed in the UAE job market and current recruitment trends.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Exceptional sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
Familiarity with the UAE labor market and employment regulations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple vacancies.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills for candidate offers.
