Lindi Graphite is looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for managing our digital presence, including the company website and various social media platforms. Your role will involve crafting engaging marketing content, designing professional posters, and developing campaigns that effectively communicate our message of responsible mining and community support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing or business administration and a passion for digital storytelling. You will be expected to analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and ensure our brand identity is consistent and professional across all channels.
Key Requirements
Must be a Tanzanian citizen (Female).
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
Proficiency in managing company websites and social media platforms.
Proven experience in managing professional social media accounts.
Ability to create compelling marketing content and promotional posters.
Skill in preparing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong creative and graphic design skills for content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to track and report on campaign performance analytics.
Collaborative mindset to work with internal teams on branding initiatives.
