Linctech (T) Limited is seeking a qualified Accountant to join our construction team in Ubungo, Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll, and ensuring tax compliance. This role involves monitoring project costs and managing cash flow to support our ongoing engineering operations.
Candidates will be required to prepare detailed financial statements, manage accounts receivable and payable, and maintain strict control over project budgets. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
At least 2 – 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Female candidate
Strong understanding of statutory tax obligations
Ability to manage project budgets
High degree of integrity and attention to detail
Effective communication and analytical skills
