Linchpinz is looking for a passionate Java Developer to join a high-impact engineering team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of professional experience and a strong background in building scalable software products across the full stack. Your primary focus will be on developing robust backend services and ensuring the overall performance and responsiveness of the application. You will be responsible for the entire software development life cycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and maintenance. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and manage data storage solutions using MongoDB. Key Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development.
Expertise in Java programming language.
Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework.
Proficiency in working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable software products.
Experience working across the entire development stack (Backend and Frontend).
Deep understanding of backend development principles and microservices.
Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of modern software engineering practices like CI/CD.
