An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced, charismatic, and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to join a stunning boutique luxury resort in Zanzibar. We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional with a strong background in ultra-luxury boutique properties who understands that true luxury lies in personalised service, exceptional attention to detail, and genuine guest engagement. This is a highly operational role for a leader who thrives on the floor and plays a key role in elevating the guest experience, driving service excellence, and ensuring strong financial performance across the F&B division. The package includes USD 2,800 to 3,200 NET per month depending on experience. The successful candidate will receive a full expat package including company accommodation, flights to Zanzibar, meals, visa, and medical insurance. This is a single status contract designed for a professional ready to thrive in an exclusive island resort environment. Annual return flights are also included as part of the benefits.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a luxury 5-star boutique hotel or resort
Strong understanding of high-end, personalised hospitality and luxury guest experiences
Previous island, remote resort, or boutique luxury property experience is required
Hands-on management style with excellent floor presence and guest interaction skills
Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, cost control, purchasing, and stock management
Proven ability to train, mentor, motivate, and lead multicultural teams
Fluent English communication skills are essential plus an additional European, Balkan, CIS or Afrikaans language
