FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER @ LIMITLESS RECRUITMENT JOBS
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a hands-on, commercially driven Food & Beverage Manager to join a stunning boutique luxury resort in Zanzibar. This is not a traditional F&B leadership role; we are seeking a highly operational, floor-focused professional who leads from the front and thrives in a dynamic, boutique environment. You will be instrumental in elevating the overall F&B offering—driving service excellence, team performance, and financial discipline—while ensuring every guest experience reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
If you are passionate about creating refined yet authentic dining experiences while maintaining strong control over costs, structure, and operations, this role offers a truly exciting next step. The position includes a package of USD 2,800 – 3,200 net per month depending on experience, along with company accommodation, medical insurance, and annual return flights to Zanzibar. Please note that this is a single status contract located in a remote 5-star island destination.
