FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER @ LIMITLESS RECRUITMENT
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate, hands-on, and commercially minded Food & Beverage Manager to join a stunning boutique luxury resort in Zanzibar. We are seeking a charismatic hospitality professional who leads from the floor, inspires through presence, and understands the importance of delivering truly personalised luxury service in an intimate island resort environment. This is not a desk-based management role; the ideal candidate will be deeply involved in the daily operation, driving service excellence, elevating guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring strong commercial performance across the entire F&B division. The package for this role includes a net monthly salary ranging from USD 2,800 to 3,200 depending on experience. Additional benefits include company-provided accommodation, flights to Zanzibar, an annual return flight, and a full expat package covering meals and medical insurance. Please note that this position is offered on a single status contract basis. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a 5-Star luxury boutique hotel or resort.
Strong background in intimate, high-end hospitality environments.
Previous island or remote resort experience is highly advantageous.
Hands-on leadership style with exceptional floor presence and guest engagement.
Strong knowledge of cost control, purchasing, stock management, and profitability.
Ability to train, motivate, and lead multicultural F&B teams effectively.
Passion for luxury service, guest engagement, and operational excellence.
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
Fluent English communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in an additional European, Balkan, or CIS language (French is a plus).
