CATEGORY MANAGER – PRIVATE LABEL (SKIN/PERSONAL CARE) @ LIFE PHARMACY & NUTRIPHARM
Life Pharmacy & Nutripharm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Category Manager for their Private Label division, specifically focusing on Skin and Personal Care products. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire lifecycle of the private label portfolio, from strategic planning and product development to sourcing and end-to-end management. This role is pivotal in expanding the company's market presence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet consumer needs.
As a Category Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, select suppliers, and oversee the production process. Your goal will be to elevate the private label brand by implementing innovative strategies and maintaining strong relationships with global sourcing partners. Candidates should have a proven trackable record in product management within the beauty or personal care industry and be prepared to work in a fast-paced retail environment in Dubai.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5–10 years of professional experience in category management or product development.
Deep knowledge and expertise in the skin care or personal care industry.
Proven experience in developing and managing private label product portfolios.
Strong background in global sourcing and vendor relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end management of product strategies.
Excellent analytical skills for identifying market trends and consumer behaviors.
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive brand growth and profitability.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management and product lifecycle management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
