The Sr. IT In charge & MIS position is designed for a technical professional who can oversee the hospital's IT infrastructure and Information Systems in Tanzania. Key duties include managing HIS/HMIS, insurance portals, and API integrations. The role requires a candidate with strong SQL and Excel skills to maintain data integrity and support hospital-wide diagnosis and training initiatives.
This role also involves incident management and professional gap assessment within the IT department. The candidate must be structured and assertive to lead technical projects and ensure system uptime. Salary Mentioned: 50k to 110k in hand / month + travel, tickets, accommodation, food allowance.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in HIS/HMIS within a hospital environment
Technical proficiency in Hospital IT Insurance Portals
Experience with API Diagnosis and integration protocols
Strong expertise in Advanced Excel and data management
Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for database querying
Experience in providing IT training and support to staff
Ability to manage and review IT incidents effectively
Structured approach to IT infrastructure management
Assertive personality to manage technical gaps professionally
Understanding of hospital workflows and clinical IT requirements
