The Sr. HR Executive & MIS will oversee human resources and management information systems within the hospital in Tanzania. This role combines traditional HR functions such as employee relations and performance management with sophisticated data reporting. The executive will be instrumental in managing the hospital's workforce data and ensuring HR processes are aligned with organizational goals.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of HR practices within a healthcare context. With a focus on efficiency and accuracy, the HR Executive will manage documentation and recruitment efforts. Salary Mentioned: 50k to 95k in hand / month + travel, tickets, accommodation, food allowance.

Key Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources
Strong experience in HR MIS and data reporting
Proficiency in payroll management and HR documentation
Experience in managing employee relations within a hospital setting
Knowledge of performance management systems and appraisal processes
Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for HR analytics
Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance
Analytical mindset for workforce planning and budgeting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
