Key Requirements
Represent clients in legal proceedings and court hearings
Licensed Advocate status with the relevant Tanzanian authorities
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university
Provide legal advice and consultation to corporate and individual clients
Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
Conduct thorough legal research and detailed case analysis
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex situations
Excellent oral and written advocacy skills in legal settings
Deep understanding of Tanzanian laws and regulatory frameworks
