RISK AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER @ LETSHEGO FAIDIKA BANK

As the Risk and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk management frameworks, conducting internal audits, and providing strategic guidance to the executive board. You will lead the compliance department in navigating the complexities of the financial services sector, ensuring that all bank operations remain within the established risk appetite while facilitating sustainable organizational growth.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in risk management and compliance.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
Deep understanding of Basel II & III frameworks.
Strong knowledge of AML/CFT policies and local banking regulations.
Proficiency in risk assessment and audit procedures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Professional certification such as CRMP, ERMAFRM, or CAMS is a strong advantage.
Ability to drive cultural change and institutional compliance.
