Letshego Faidika Bank is re-advertising the position of Marketing & Communications Business Partner to find a strategic leader capable of bridging business units and the marketing function. The role is essential for driving brand consistency, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring communications excellence across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing brand identity, and executing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns to increase market positioning and brand awareness.

Beyond external marketing, the role involves leading internal and external communications initiatives, including media relations and stakeholder engagement. You will be tasked with developing crisis communication plans and supporting reputation management to protect the bank's image. A significant part of this role focuses on improving customer experience across all touchpoints, including branches and digital platforms. By analyzing customer feedback and coordinating with operations and IT teams, you will ensure that service quality remains high and aligns with the bank's overall growth objectives.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. 5–10 years of management experience in Marketing, Sales, Communications, PR, or Corporate Affairs. Strong strategic planning, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze market trends and lead cross-functional initiatives. Expertise in managing brand identity and market positioning. Proven experience in executing traditional and digital marketing campaigns. Capability to lead internal and external communications initiatives. Experience in managing media relations and press releases. Skill in developing crisis communication plans and reputation management. Ability to analyze customer feedback to improve service quality. Proficiency in coordinating with operations and IT for CX goals. Excellent interpersonal and results-driven communication skills.
