ASSISTANT BAKER @ LETO BAKERY
Leto Bakery is looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Baker to assist in our production processes. Based in the Rombo district of Kilimanjaro, you will work closely with our lead baker to produce a variety of fresh baked goods that meet our high quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who loves the craft of baking, possesses a strong work ethic, and is eager to grow their skills in a professional bakery setting. Key Requirements
Prior experience in a commercial or retail bakery
Strong understanding of dough preparation and proofing processes
Familiarity with various baking equipment and ovens
Strict adherence to kitchen sanitation and safety protocols
Physical stamina to handle standing for long durations
Excellent attention to detail for consistent product quality
Ability to follow precise recipes and measurements
Effective communication skills for team coordination
Willingness to work early morning shifts as required
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
