We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our professional team at lessotz. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our production line, focusing specifically on the maintenance and repair of complex machinery utilized in PVC pipe manufacturing processes.
The successful appointee will be responsible for conducting routine preventive maintenance, identifying mechanical failures, and executing efficient repairs to minimize downtime. You will work closely with the production department to ensure that all equipment operates within safety and quality standards, maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing output.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience as a mechanic in a PVC pipe manufacturing factory.
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of PVC pipe production machinery, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision while meeting production deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex mechanical issues.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with maintenance and operations staff.
Proven reliability, discipline, and a strong commitment to industrial workplace safety standards.
Ability to utilize precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
