SALES OFFICERS (5 POSITIONS) @ LESSO AFRICA
Lesso Africa is actively seeking motivated and qualified individuals to join their team as Sales Officers. This role is open to both experienced professionals with a proven sales background and ambitious fresh graduates looking to start their career. Successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth in Dar es Salaam. The company values individuals who are dynamic, results-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of sales strategies in both project and wholesale markets.
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. For experienced candidates, a track record in project sales and wholesale is essential. Fresh graduates will be expected to demonstrate a solid academic foundation in relevant fields. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a basic salary ranging from TZS 300,000 to TZS 700,000, performance bonuses of TZS 250,000 to TZS 600,000, and applicable commissions. Project Sales Officers will also receive a TZS 100,000 transport allowance, and a mobile phone or communication allowance will be provided. The role is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Over 2 years of working experience in Sales (for experienced candidates)
Proven experience in Project Sales and Wholesale markets (for experienced candidates)
At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration (for fresh graduates)
Age Limit: Not more than 30 years old
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in market analysis and understanding customer needs
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
