REGIONAL OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE @ LEMALA CAMPS
The Regional Operations Executive for Tanzania will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our diverse portfolio of safari camps. You will act as the link between head office strategy and field operations, assisting in the management of day-to-day activities, staff coordination, and maintenance schedules. Your goal is to maximize operational efficiency while upholding the luxury standards synonymous with Lemala Camps.
This position requires an individual who is highly mobile and able to navigate the unique challenges of operating in the bush. You will be responsible for reporting on operational performance, troubleshooting onsite issues, and ensuring that all camps are consistently prepared to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your analytical and practical approach will be vital in supporting our regional property managers and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Requirements
Strong operational experience within the luxury safari or hospitality sector.
Ability to manage multi-site operations and coordinate across remote teams.
Excellent reporting and analytical skills regarding operational performance.
Proven ability to solve complex on-site problems quickly and effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.
High degree of flexibility regarding travel to remote camp locations.
Proactive approach to maintenance and resource management.
Ability to maintain strict adherence to company health and safety protocols.
Competency in administrative and reporting software.
Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration or equivalent field experience.
