You will audit property standards, implement sustainability initiatives, and train staff to ensure that every interaction meets our exceptionally high benchmarks.

Key Requirements
Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality management.
Comprehensive knowledge of sustainability and conservation practices in tourism.
Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct rigorous quality audits.
Training and coaching skills to elevate service standards.
Passion for environmental conservation and eco-friendly hospitality.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across various locations.
Strong communication skills with guests and internal staff.
Adaptability to work in various camp settings throughout Tanzania.
Degree in Hospitality, Environmental Science, or relevant discipline.
