HSE OFFICER – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT @ LEADERS FORT
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-driven HSE Officer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high safety standards and ensuring strict compliance across all construction activities on site. You will play a critical role in fostering a culture of safety, preventing workplace injuries, and ensuring that all operations align with UAE health and safety regulations. The role involves working closely with site managers and laborers to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions immediately.
Key responsibilities include implementing and monitoring site safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, and performing regular site audits. You will also be tasked with investigating any workplace incidents and providing detailed reports to management. Salary for this position is AED 6,000 per month, with accommodation and transportation provided by the company. Key Requirements
2–3 years of experience in construction projects
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations
NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
Ability to implement and monitor site safety procedures effectively
Proven track record of conducting site inspections and safety audits
Capability to prepare technical safety reports and documentation
Strong communication skills to deliver safety briefings to workers
Experience in performing comprehensive risk assessments
Commitment to maintaining a zero-accident workplace environment
Ability to work in demanding construction site conditions
