TRADFI BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER @ LBANK
Lbank is looking for an experienced and results-driven TradFi Business Development Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The primary focus of this role is to expand and maintain traditional stock trading communities, stock KOLs, brokerage channels, Telegram/Discord groups, and investor education networks. You will be tasked with driving user acquisition, deposits, first trades, and repeat trading, while also boosting derivatives trading volume. By building growth funnels through content, signals, investor education, livestreams, and trading communities, you will directly impact the company's growth and market presence. The salary for this role is AED 7,000 – AED 12,000 per month.
In addition to community growth, you will develop and manage IB, referral, and rebate programs while collaborating with marketing and operations teams to run AMAs, live sessions, and local campaigns. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with various partners and tracking performance through registrations, deposits, active traders, trading volume, ROI, and CAC. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in the stock market or brokerage sector and possess existing resources in trading communities. This is a full-time position that requires strong execution skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, remote environment.

Key Requirements
3–6 years of experience in stock market business development or channel growth.
Experience in brokerage firms, stock communities, forex, CFD, or investor education platforms.
Strong understanding of traditional stock community growth strategies and conversion funnels.
Existing resources in stock, forex, brokerage, or trading communities are highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
Mandatory proficiency in English.
Proficiency in one of the following: Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Dari, Pashto, or Kurdish.
Ability to build growth funnels through signals, content, and investor education.
Knowledge of performance tracking metrics such as ROI, CAC, and trading volume.
Preferred experience in crypto, exchange business development, or crypto derivatives.
