KINDERGARTEN ASSISTANT @ LAUREATE EDUCATION FOR LIFE
We are looking for a supportive and energetic Kindergarten Assistant to assist our lead teachers in providing a high-quality educational experience for our youngest students. The assistant will play a vital role in classroom management, helping to prepare materials, supervising activities, and ensuring a safe, organized environment for children to explore and learn.
This position requires an individual who is patient, observant, and truly enjoys working with children. You will be expected to support students during group work and individual tasks, helping to implement the Cambridge curriculum effectively. Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year teaching or assistant experience
Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
Experience with Cambridge curriculum is an advantage
Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude
Certificate or Diploma in Childcare or Education
Patient and empathetic personality
Strong organizational skills for classroom maintenance
Ability to supervise children during play and lunch
Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks
Active participation in school events
