Latinum HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Manager for a client based in Dubai, UAE. As organizations in the region scale, this role becomes critical in ensuring strong HR operations and process excellence to provide a seamless employee experience and efficient people management. The HR Operations Manager will be at the forefront of managing end-to-end HR processes, ensuring that the organizational infrastructure supports rapid growth and stability. Salary for this position is mentioned as AED 20,000 – 28,000 per month.
The successful candidate will oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, and the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and policies. This role involves driving HR systems and process improvements, supporting HR strategy, and detailed reporting. Key Requirements
Manage end-to-end HR operations and processes
Oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and policies
Drive HR systems and process improvements
Support HR strategy and reporting
Strong experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRMS/HCM systems
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
6–10 years of professional experience in HR
Ability to work in Corporate, Technology, or Services sectors
Proven track record in process excellence and people management
