You will lead DevOps strategy, tools, and team management while designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. Key responsibilities involve managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring system scalability, security, and peak performance. You will act as a primary collaborator with engineering and product teams to streamline the software development lifecycle.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 to 12 years of professional experience in DevOps engineering and technical leadership.
Expert-level hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
Proven track record in designing, building, and optimizing complex CI/CD pipelines.
Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform.
Deep expertise in managing cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
Strong stakeholder management skills to align DevOps initiatives with business goals.
In-depth knowledge of system security, scalability, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience working within Technology, SaaS, or Digital Platform industries.
Solid understanding of automation frameworks and software development lifecycles.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
Ability to drive DevOps strategy and implement industry best practices across the organization.
