PROJECT TECHNICAL LEAD – GCP CLINICAL LABORATORY @ LATINUM HR
The Project Technical Lead for the GCP Clinical Laboratory will be responsible for spearheading the establishment and operation of a state-of-the-art facility in the United Arab Emirates. This high-impact role involves overseeing a greenfield project, ensuring that all clinical laboratory operations adhere to Global Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards. The successful candidate will navigate complex regulatory landscapes, specifically engaging with DoH and MOHAP, to ensure the facility meets all national and international accreditation requirements, including ISO 15189. In addition to the technical setup, the lead will provide strategic direction for bioanalytical processes, with a particular focus on LC-MS/MS methodologies. Candidates are expected to come from a background in leading Contract Research Organizations (CROs) or top-tier clinical laboratories, bringing a wealth of expertise to build a high-performing team and a world-class diagnostic environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned expert looking to make a significant mark on the healthcare and life sciences sector within the Middle East.
Key Requirements
Strong experience in GCP Clinical Laboratory Operations
Expertise in ISO 15189 Accreditation standards
Proficiency in Bioanalytical techniques including LC-MS/MS
Direct regulatory exposure with DoH or MOHAP authorities
Proven track record in setting up state-of-the-art GLP/GCP facilities
Previous leadership experience within leading CROs or clinical labs
Ability to manage greenfield projects from inception to completion
In-depth knowledge of laboratory safety and quality control protocols
Strong strategic planning and team management capabilities
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
