We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison, providing product and services information, and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. You will be expected to handle client interactions through multiple channels while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Your primary goal will be to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. The salary offered for this position is between AED 7,000 and AED 11,000 per month, depending on your level of experience and professional qualifications.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Customer Support Executive or in a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse client base.
Strong ability to handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Proficiency in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high satisfaction standards.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and various customer support software tools.
A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types.
Strong active listening skills to fully understand and address customer needs.
High school diploma or equivalent; a university degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus for the Dubai market.
