RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR @ LARYAN
Laryan is a prominent hospitality company based in Moshi, managing establishments such as Jackfruit Cafe and Tausi Restaurant. We are currently seeking a proactive and professional Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dining operations and ensure our guests receive a top-tier experience. The successful candidate will own the dining floor, supervise staff, and drive service excellence across every shift.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained. You will act as the point of contact for guest inquiries and issues, working closely with the kitchen team to coordinate smooth service. Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Hotel and Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service or a related field
2+ years of experience in restaurant, hotel or other high-volume food service operations
Experience as a manager, head waiter, team leader or in a similar supervisory role
Practical experience with POS systems, billing and cash handling
Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
Solid menu, beverage and service etiquette knowledge
Good understanding of hygiene, food safety and health and safety standards
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Fluency in Kiswahili and English
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
